Terms of Service

AlpineTable provides restaurant profile, booking, operations, guest-management, messaging and integration tools for mountain hospitality. Features may change as the product develops. Any paid plan, seasonal pass or custom service is also subject to the pricing and order terms shown or agreed when purchased.

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report unauthorised use. Creating an account does not give you control of a public restaurant listing. AlpineTable may verify your email, website, business domain or authority with the venue before approving a claim. We may reject, suspend or reverse a claim where authority is not established.

The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its profile, hours, capacity, menu, prices, access information and booking decisions. It must honour applicable consumer, hospitality, accessibility, privacy and marketing laws, and give guests any notices required for its own processing.

AlpineTable facilitates communication between a guest and a restaurant. The restaurant, not AlpineTable, accepts or declines a booking and provides the hospitality service. Mountain access, lift, weather and opening information can change quickly and must be independently confirmed where safety or travel plans depend on it.

You may not impersonate a venue or person, submit false listings, scrape or probe the service, bypass security or plan limits, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload content you do not have rights to use, or use AlpineTable to harm guests, restaurants or the platform.

A restaurant may process guest data through AlpineTable only for legitimate restaurant purposes. Marketing tools may be used only for recipients the restaurant is legally permitted to contact. Unsubscribe choices must be respected. AlpineTable may suspend sending to protect deliverability or prevent abuse.

Optional integrations and AI features depend on third-party providers and their availability. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before operational or guest-facing use. AlpineTable may require explicit confirmation before higher-risk actions.

We work to keep AlpineTable reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta and preview features may change or be withdrawn. You should maintain reasonable operational backups for information needed to run service.

You may stop using AlpineTable at any time, subject to any paid order terms. We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, false ownership claims or material breach. Contact us to request account closure or a data export.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlpineTable is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, restaurant performance, guest conduct, changing mountain conditions or third-party services. For a paid service, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for that service during the previous twelve months.
